Tenant profile

As at 30 June 2009, anchor and major tenants occupied about more than half of the total occupied retail space within the shopping centre. Sogo Department Store is the largest tenant which constituted about 23% of the total occupied retail space, Hypermart is the second largest tenant (9%) and Index is the third largest tenant (6%). With the total NLA of about 63,200 sqm, the mall offers a good tenant mix with a wide range of shopping and dining, and leisure activities.
