





Tangerang is an industrial and manufacturing city in Greater Jakarta, home to seven industrial estates with a total area of approximately 1,700 ha. Tangerang’s strategic location between Jakarta and the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport makes it a popular choice for offices and factories. The mall is designed in an art deco style and is located within the Modernland development, a large middle to upper income housing complex.
